Turnaround times are quoted in working business days, and do not include weekends or holidays. Orders received before 12:00 p.m. will be started that day. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be started the following day. The standard turnaround time for all posted items listed in the price catalog varies depending on the product. However, rush service is available at an additional cost (see below information). Timely response to the proof approval is necessary to maintain turnaround time schedule. Extended proof time, special order materials, or extenuating circumstances on the part of the customer may delay production and shipping dates. Please allow 2-4 days for the proofing process. Standard turnaround time after final proof is as follows: 5-7 days for most jobs, 10-12 working days for Calendars/Pocket Folders/Extensive bindery work, 12-15 working days for all coil bound books.
